For the Infrastructure services a PM is required to drive the process and help the team with other projects. The PM will be involved in different projects: migration of sites and devices to a new service provider, application zoning, collaboration / videoconferencing tools deployment and enhancement, etc..
On top of PM activities there will be some operational activities (towards internal clients and service providers).
Required skills and knowledge:
- Knowledge of network and security products (Cisco switches & routers, Cisco Call managers Checkpoint
firewalls, Vasco, Riverbed, rightfax, video and audio conferencing systems)
- Good presentations skills, both verbally and in writing. Fluency in French & English
- Knowledge of server (HP/Intel+VMware) and storage (HP24k, Netapp) technology
- Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure in a distributed model.
- Strong ability to coordinate migration weekends (coordinate service providers, testers, technicians, ...)
- Structured work, ability to manage several projects of different sizes in the same time
- Knowledge of service management.
- Team player and ability to work independently
- Good social skills, able to make things happen
- Extensive IT PM experience.
- Coordination of International network/security/infrastructure services deployment and testing.
- Operations management from a client perspective (with internal and external network service providers).
- Prince2, PMP, ITIL certification are a plus
